TMG is an abbreviation for Tri-Methyl Glycine. TMG has been shown to be effective with toxic element exposure (mercury and excess copper), TMG is an effective methyl donor that assists in the resolution of biliary stasis and insufficiency, in lowering homocysteine, resolving hepatic toxicity, in the production of SAMe, in increasing parasympathetic tone (sympathetic dominance) and dysbiosis.
Suggested dose is 1-2 teaspoons full daily. You can simply mix it in a small glass of water.
